Watermelon cocktail in martini glass with dehydrated pineapple and roasted watermelon
INGREDIENTS 
50ml Tourer Gin 
35ml Pineapple Juice
20ml Bergamot 
15ml Sugar syrup 
2 dash Peychauuds 
3-4 Cardamon Pods (broken)  

METHOD
Shake and strain, serve in a martini glass, garnish with dehydrated pineapple, roasted watermelon, dusted with fine powder sugar.

HISTORY
This was created with the idea of finding a premium mix of citrus balanced with a premium bitter. Two flavours that contrast with Watermelon and Mint. However, balanced with the foamy pineapple, this drink is the perfect combination of sexy and cute.
