UK Delivery
Our standard shipping takes 3-5 days to arrive after dispatch via Royal Mail or UPS. Free shipping is available on all orders and will be sent on our standard service (excl. Northern Ireland).

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are now unable to modify or change the shipping address.

We do not offer collection from our HQ.

Once your order is fulfilled you will be given tracking information.

My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?
Contact info@tourergin.co.uk quoting your order number and include images of the package as it was delivered. Our team will help get it sorted for you with a solution.
