50ml Tourer Gin – Mango & Hibiscus
8-10 Mint Leaves
12.5ml Passion Fruit Syrup
25ml Mango Puree
Shredded Hibiscus Petals
Top With Soda
Garnish With Hibiscus Flower and Mint
1.Place mint leaves in the bottom of a shaker. Gently muddle to release the flavour.
2. Add Tourer Mango Hibiscus Gin, mango puree and passion fruit syrup into the shaker. Top up with ice and shake well.
3. Fill high ball glass with crushed ice alongside some mint and shredded hibiscus petals.
4. Pour drink and top with a splash of club soda.
5. Garnish with a hibiscus flower and sprig of mint. Enjoy
