Aviation Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
50ml Tourer Gin – Mango & Hibiscus
15ml Maraschino liqueur
7.5ml Creme de voilette liqueur
15ml Lemon juice
Garnish: Hibiscus flower and Luxardo cherry
METHOD
1. Add the gin, maraschino liqueur, creme de violette and lemon juice to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with a Hibiscus flower and drop a single Luxardo cherry into the base of the glass.
